With this consultation, you will recieve an intake form to fill out that will help me get a better idea of what is going on and how to help. I will then write up a sleep plan that will give you a very detailed plan of how to get your baby sleeping better. You will also recieve my contact information and will be given 2 weeks of text and email support so if you have any questions about the sleep plan or how to handle certain situations, you can contact me and I will reply within 24 hours (right away if possible) to help you solve the problem!
